PMI-ACP® Certification Course Overview

This course provides a thorough understanding of the agile mindset, principles, and practices. It is aimed at developing your ability to create an environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement, along with promoting collaboration and teamwork, establishing a shared vision, and developing self-managing teams. The course deals with necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead within an agile team.

Through case studies and activities, the participants gain an ability to effectively manage and deliver projects and products using agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

The course has been updated to the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Examination Content Outline – October 2024.

This course awards 21 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
